Cavendish Arcade, originally the Buxton Thermal Baths that were built in 1854, was converted in 1987 into an attractive shopping arcade providing an assortment of retail units around a central core where the original stainglass vaulted ceiling and plunge bath remain.
The retail units are ideal for boutique style shops and offer a unique shopping and eating experience which proves popular with locals and tourists alike.
Availability currently includes space within the Arcade itself and also a restaurant or cafe space overlooking the central core.
Cavendish Arcade is located at the historic core of the town at the bottom of Terrace Road. The Arcade is well situated to benefit from passing footfall from the University and Buxton train station. Buxton is a spa town and situated within the Derbyshire Peak District.
