The site is situated in Great Malvern within walking distance of the town centre and is bordered by the A449 Wells Road to the west, Abbey Road and College Road. Great Malvern offers a diverse range of amenities including retail, leisure and first class schooling. Excellent transport links are available via road and rail with a direct line to London.The site is the former pre-prep school at Malvern College known as Hillstone.
